Can I use the app without adding friends?

Absolutely! You can start a "Solo" streak to track your personal habits and earn points entirely for yourself.

How do I change my Avatar or Display Name?

Go to your Profile tab, tap on your current avatar or the edit icon, and you'll see options to select a new avatar and update your display name.

What is a Nudge?

If you're in a Duo or Squad streak and notice a friend hasn't completed their habit yet, you can send them a "Nudge" — a friendly push notification reminding them to check in before the day ends.

How do points work?

You earn points every time you complete a daily habit. Maintaining long streaks and completing shared squad goals grants special point bonuses!

What happens if I miss a day?

For solo streaks, your personal streak resets to zero. For shared Duo/Squad streaks, if anyone in the group misses a day, the shared streak resets for everyone. Stay consistent and support each other!

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure 6-digit recovery code to set a new password.

Is DuoStreak free to use?

Yes, DuoStreak is completely free to download and use for all core habit-building and social tracking features.

How do I delete my account and data?

To request the permanent deletion of your DuoStreak account and all associated data (including your habits, social streaks, and earned points), you can always use the application to delete your account by following "Profile->Settings->Delete My Account" or please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from your registered email address. We will process your request and remove your data within 5 business days.

Important Note: If you have an active DuoStreak Pro subscription, deleting your account will not automatically cancel your billing. You must manage and cancel your subscriptions directly through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings.
